TWO HORN AND SILVER SNUFF BOXES. 18th century or earlier, Continental, possibly Florentine. Each box with hinged lid with silver banding and brass fasteners. SIZE: Larger: 4-1/2″ l. Smaller: 3-3/4″ l. CONDITION: Good overall. Larger with stress cracks in lid and with chip at hinge. One silver strap absent. Smaller intact. Both with nice color and patina. 9-25345 (500-1,000)
