J.S. CARTER 1827 LEATHER FIRE BUCKET. Conical leather fire bucket with handle on iron rings gilt decorated with scrolling leaf tips centering the name and date of the owner. Bucket in black paint with red rim. Painted surfaces old if not original. SIZE: Bucket: 12″ h x 8″ dia. CONDITION: Handle has become detached from one ring. Leather surfaces remain generally good. Gilded surfaces with overall wear. 9-26290 (700-900)
