CAIL-O-SCOPE VIEWING MACHINE. These machines were prolific in penny arcades, amusement parks, general stores, and many, due to their simple mechanical nature, were still used up until recently in places like Disneyland and Hershey Park. The internal cards as well as the marquee cards were very easy to change, thus presenting a prospective viewer with new pictures. This type of machine was a money maker and mainstay of many locations. A fabulous restoration to the oak cabinet, the iron castings have been black oxidized and marbleized effect to the right and left columns to make this a very attractive arcade machine. Marquee indicates “Nudie Pictures” can be viewed for only a penny. SIZE: 72″ h. CONDITION: Overall in excellent restored working order. 1-10964 (3,000-6,000)
