25 CENT FLOOR MODEL JENNINGS LIGHT UP SUN CHIEF. This type of machine was often found in the Vegas casinos and they were an extremely reliable and appealing machine to prospective players. The jackpot, which is hand-load by removing Indian’s head on front of machine, could easily be filled. Keep in mind that an empty jackpot was unattractive to a prospective player. The lighted panels on the front, as well as the lit reel window drew attention to the machine as did the chrome plating and fancy walnut cabinet. These machines were well used in the casinos even into the 1960s. Great pieces and highly sought after by collectors today. SIZE: 60″ h.
