ALASKAN INUIT STONE CARVING OF A HAWK ON ITS PREY. Depicting a hawk with open beak over its dead prey within its talons, carved on a natural stone plinth. The underside marked illegibly, but with paper Canadian Eskimo art label, serial number and “Jack”. SIZE: 10-1/4” h x 6” w x 9-1/4” d. CONDITION: With good original surfaces, some minor roughness to wing tips. 9-24595 (600-900)
