FINE AMERICAN ZINC ROOSTER WEATHERVANE. Late 19th century, possibly L.W. Cushing, Waltham, MA. This nice full bodied example with verdigris surface. Sheet zinc comb, wattle and tail. Mounted on a custom stand. SIZE: 19-1/2″ h x 15″ l of vane. CONDITION: Overall very good. Solder repair on rod between talons. Split to seam at juncture with vertical rod.
