Oil on heavy paper. Signed E. L. Field lower right. Framed in reproduction antique-style gilt gesso frame. Ex the estate of E. L. Field, (Tovar collection number 20). Field studied in France under Carolus-Duran. After returning to the U.S., he became a full member of New York’s prestigious Salmagundi Club. SIZE: 8” h x 10” w.
