Signed in lower right E. Loyal Field. In a reproduction antique-style gilt frame. Ex the estate of E. L. Field, (Tovar collection number 16B). Field studied in France under Carolus-Duran. After returning to the U.S., he became a full member of New York’s prestigious Salmagundi Club. SIZE: 8-1/4” h x 8-1/4” h. CONDITION: Canvas not mounted on stretcher.
