LOT OF 4 BREWERY ADVERTISING SIGNS. 1) Anheuser-Busch lithograph, circa 1896 with illustration of both American political parties fortifying themselves with Anheuser-Busch “Malt-Nutrine” that they may endure the hardships of that year’s Presidential campaign. Near excellent condition. Sight Size is 13-1/4″ w x 9-1/2″ h. 2) 1901 illustration of a beguiling chambermaid is used to promote the ales and lagers brewed by Bowler Bros. Brewing Co. of Worcester, Mass. This sign was quite possibly a calendar top which has had extensive margin areas cropped out, probably due to condition issues. Remaining matted image is in very good condition. Sight Size is approx. 11″ w x 21″ h. 3) Wonderful early lithograph of French military officers entertaining attractive risque clad young ladies, celebrating with magnum bottles of “Maximum” and “Napoleon’s Cabinet” brands of champagne from Bouche Fils & Co., Mareuil-Sur-Ay, France”. Lithograph Circa 1880s by Mayer, Merkal & Ottmann NY. Very good to excellent condition with slight fade to the reds. Sight Size is 21-1/4″ w x 15-3/4″ h. 4) Centlivre Brewing Co. factory aerial view lithograph. Colorful street scape around brewery features horse-drawn wagons, buggies and trolley cars. The Henderson Lithographing Co., Cincinnati for this Fort Wayne, Indiana Brewer. Near excellent condition and appears to be in original frame. Sight Size is 36″ w x 23-1/2″ h.
