CONTINENTAL BAROQUE STYLE TWO-DOOR WALNUT SIDE CABINET. Late 18th, early 19th Century. The rectangular two board top with molded edges projecting above the conforming case with stepped fielded panels on three sides, the front with a pair of conforming cupboard doors with molded edges, each fitted with a central cast metal handle. The cabinet on a molded plinth, raised on block feet. SIZE: 34″h x 43″ w (overall) x 22-1/2″d. PROVENANCE: Woolworth Collection (F.W. Woolworth Dept. Store). CONDITION: Structurally very good and sound. Top faded with light water staining. Retains original handles, lock, key and feet. Very good overall. 9-21281 (400-600)
