UNUSUAL BANNERETTE WEATHERVANE. Late 19th century, New England. With mustard and verdigris surfaces overall and with traces of old gilding. Scrolling banner with zinc arrow head and surmounted by a sphere beneath 3 raked spires functioning as lightning rods. No stand included. SIZE: 22-1/2″ h x 31-1/2″ l. CONDITION: Structurally good with minor creases in banner. Weathered surfaces with traces of old gilding. 9-26286 (3,000-5,000)
