LOUIS XV PROVINCIAL WALNUT SIDE TABLE. Second half 18th century. The rectangular top with breadboard ends and molded edges projecting above the conforming case fitted with a single drawer above a scalloped apron raised on foliate carved cabriole legs ending in leaf capped spade feet. SIZE: 30″ h x 31-1/2″ l x 20-1/2″ d. PROVENANCE: Woolworth Collection (F.W. Woolworth Dept. Store). CONDITION: The top scrubbed and with water staining. In need of repolish. Table with old surfaces and minor old insect damage. Structurally very good with original pegged construction. 9-21312 (800-1,200)
