ESKIMO PIE COUNTER TOP DISPENSER. This is the blue and orange version marked on the side “Magic Jar” referring to the interior mirrored glass thermos liner. The insulated round metal lithographed body is supported with three legs that are cast figural Eskimos. Lettering reads “Kept Cold With Magic Ice”, “Real Ice Cream Enrobed In Chocolate” and “Bracing As A Frosty Morning”. Includes original cork insulated lid. Patent numbers indicate this piece was produced circa 1928 for the Eskimo Pie Corp, Louisville, KY. SIZE: 15-1/2″ h. CONDITION: Very good overall with a few light scrapes and scuffs to the body paint and some loss of plating to the lower section. 1-11025 (1,000-1,500)
