PAIR OF ILLUMINATED APOTHECARY LEADED GLASS SHOW GLOBES. Circa 1890. Exceptionally rare pair of hanging stained glass teardrop apothecary show globes and brackets feature six multi-colored tulip design panels set against clear ice chip glass backgrounds, segmented by deep red geometric borders accented by green jewels. Just as spectacular are the cast iron figural griffin hanging brackets that support them. SIZE: 14-1/2″ h x 10″ dia. Brackets approx. 10″ l. CONDITION: Near excellent with a few tight hairlines. Brackets appear to have old brass color repaint. 1-10587 (3,500-4,500)
