TWO ROOT BEER SYRUP DISPENSERS. 1) Hires Root Beer ceramic syrup dispenser features classic hourglass shaped body lettered on front and back reads “Drink Hires It Is Pure”. Includes original marked Hires pump. Circa 1910. 2) Richardsons Liberty Root Beer ceramic syrup dispenser features a figural barrel on a tree stump design with a side spigot and includes original ceramic lid. Front and back read “Richardsons Liberty Root Beer”. SIZE: 13-1/2″ h and 13-1/4″ h respectively. CONDITION: 1) Ceramic body has moderate staining; two semi-circular surface cracks at the base which don’t extend through to the inside; vertical crack at the collar; plating loss to the pump. 2) Near excellent. 1-11018, 1-11027 (400-600)
