MASSACHUSETTS CLASSICAL GILT MIRROR. Circa 1830, retaining a partial label showing “Worcester” Massachusetts origin. Gilt rectangular frame with molded slip, having engaged half columns with Ionic elements, reeded mid-section and leaftip details. The corners cast with C-scrolled volutes and leaftips. SIZE: 29″ x 54-1/2″. CONDITION: Frame in very good original condition, unretouched. Areas of minor losses to gilding. Backboards original. 9-98047 (2,500-3,500)
