RARE QUEEN ANNE IRON AND BRASS TRIVET IN THE SHAPE OF A MINIATURE FOOTMAN. Mid 18th Century. This fine example of ironwork in the typical form of an English footman, fitted with jointed brass carrying handles, the curved frontal legs joined by a turned stretcher and terminating in shaped penny feet. SIZE: 4-1/4″h x 8-3/4″ x 6-3/4″d (overall). CONDITION: Very good overall. Retaining all original parts. Iron surfaces with minimal pitting and rusting. 9-20948 (400-500)
