PAIR OF MIRRORED CANDLE SCONCES. First quarter 19th century, New England. Each sheet iron example with round sunburst design of silvered mirror glass. With folded sheet iron candle arms joined to crimped bobeches centering candle cups. All in old red paint. SIZE: Mirror plate: 7-3/4″ dia. Overall: 9-1/4″ h. CONDITION: Good overall. One mirror plate absent. Most silvered surfaces with age appropriate deterioration. 9-25647 (700-1,100)
