ELIZABETH HASKINS FAMILY GENEALOGICAL SAMPLER. 1834, Cape Elizabeth, Maine. Titled “GENEALOGY” and “PROGENY” listing the progeny of Ebenezer Haskins and Sarah Jordan. The family history listed through the year 1834. Two deaths noted at the bottom of the sampler framed within a pair of iron black weeping willows. All within a border of flower heads and vinery wrought in shades of pale blue and ivory in silk thread. All on a linen foundation. Housed in a Victorian walnut frame with gilt slip. SIZE: Sight: 21-1/2″ x 17-1/2″. CONDITION: Structurally very good. General staining of a tea color to linen ground. Stitching remains intact. Generally good. 9-25390 (1,500-2,500)
