LOT OF 17TH & 18TH CENTURY DOCUMENTS PERTAINING TO THE TEN EYCK FAMILY OF NEW YORK CITY CONCERNING THE EAST RIVER AND PIER #8. 1) Large parchment indenture between Thomas Brown and Mary Ten Eyck January 28, 1756 for a NY City parcel 2) Another for water lot in the Dock Ward of NY City signed by the Mayor Whitehead Hicks, 1775 and between the May and Mary Ten Eyck. 3) Another dated 1773 between Benjamin Moore and the Mayor of NY City for water lot in the Dock Ward of NY City. 4) Another dated 1774 between Benjamin Moore and Thomas Ten Eyck “Release for a water lot in the Dock Ward of the City of New York”. 5) Another dated 1784 between Robert Deal and Thomas Ten Eyck. 6) Included is a broadside dated 1801 by M. Ward & Co. for a meeting concerning a pier to be sunk. 7) Two wills dated 1686 and 1727 by Conrad Ten Eyck. Plus five other indentures. SIZE: Varies. CONDITION: Generally good. 9-97944 (400-800)
