A detailed letter of the claim. 2) Together with a letter to Francis Hopkinson, Judge of the Court of Admiralty for the State of Pennsylvania regarding the bill of “Stephen de Cater”(sic) Commander of the Privateer “ROYAL LOUIS” requesting the prize money for sale of contents of the ship “ACTIVE”.
