TWO CONTINENTAL GILT STERLING SILVER PIECES. 1) 3-1/2″ h x 5-1/2″ l x 3-3/4″ w covered footed dish with Paris, France hallmarks, maker mark “GF”. Inscribed on base “Artemas Ward”. The oval dish having four scroll feet with a central band of flowers. Conforming cover having a fruit finial. 2) 8-1/4″ h (incl. handle) x 9″ w x 6-1/4″ d reticulated filigree gilt silver basket. Bottom marked crown over 84. The shaped basket having fine scrolled filigree work interspersed with diamond shapes, swing handle, no monogram. WEIGHT: 24 tr. oz.
