Correction: The Gebelein bowl is silver plate, not sterling silver. TWO BOSTON GILT STERLING SERVING PIECES. 1) 3-1/2″ h x 9-1/4″ dia. Gebelein hand hammered footed bowl having notched edge rim marked “Gebelein, Boston”, no monogram. 2) 6″ h x 10″ w fancy paneled teapot marked “Rich & Willard, Boston Fine” (probably 800 silver). Bottom engraved “Artemas Ward”. The teapot having panels of flowers and the cover having a swan finial. WEIGHT: 42 tr. oz. PROVENANCE: From the private collection of Dorothy-Lee Jones. CONDITION: Some light loss to gilding on bowl, otherwise very good. 9-21427 (700-900)
