Circa 1865, many steel engravings, most water stained, some staining to the images. Laid in is a well accomplished black wash of Mercury? unsigned. WITH: Five mid 19th Century editions of Valentine’s MANUAL OF NEW YORK. CONDITION: Not collated, but most of the color plates and plans very good to fine.
