Bold wood cut advertisement to front paste down dated June, 1812 and the rear paste down with a printed ad of the same date. Complete with four leaves of ads with appealing wood cuts. Some foxing throughout, including the plates. The ten single-page and five folding charts without loss, with the exception of a ragged edge far below the chart of Long Island Sound.
