STEVENS SINGLE SHOT TIP UP RIFLE. Cal. 25 Stevens RF long. Standard rifle with 23-3/4” oct bbl, fixed sights with homemade front blade, nickeled iron receiver with straight stock and nickeled crescent buttplate. It has nickeled pistol grip trigger guard. SN 22236. CONDITION: About good. Bbl, which is cut to present length, retains traces of original blue in sheltered areas with the balance a light patina. Receiver retains 75-80% bright nickel with the balance flaked to patina. The stock is sound and retains most an old refinish. Strong bright bore dark in the grooves, good mechanics. 4-49387 JR168 (250-350)
