INCREDIBLY RARE 19” HURET CHILD. Only on occasion is one able to purchase such a rare and desirable doll such as this example. This exquisite young lady is on a wood body with metal hands and trademark Huret bisque rod extending from body up to bisque head. This French bebe features extremely pale bisque head with bulbous blue paperweight eyes, mauve eye shadowing, and finely painted facial features. She is dressed in an elaborate French bebe dress and retains an antique blonde mohair wig. CONDITION: Overall very fine, possible old paint restoration to body. 1-5906 JL (60,000-80,000)
