BOY ROBBING BIRDS NEST MECHANICAL BANK A very fine all original bank in fine paint. The brown tree is accented by green vines and red berries; the green base is accented by orange flowers and the youth’s gray hat and copper ferns. As the youth tries to rob the nest of the bird eggs, mama and papa bird swoop in to save the day! Pushing down on the lever causes the branch holding the nest and the youth to “break”. SIZE: 5-1/2″l x 3″ w x 8″h. CONDITION: Outstanding vibrant paint, spring tension for branch is a little soft, but in general this is an outstanding bank. 1-29956 (7,500-8,500)
