TWO LARGE BISQUE FIGURAL GROUPS OF COURTING COUPLES. Early 20th century. The first grouping depicting a gentleman kneeling beside a seated woman wearing a kerchief headdress and flowing floral gown, mounted on a circular rockwork plinth. The second depicting a boy kneeling beside a young girl crocheting, both figures with bare feet, a flower-filled bonnet beside the girl, on an oval rockwork plinth. SIZE: First: 15-1/2″ h. Second: 14-1/2″ h. CONDITION: Both very good overall, no damages or restoration noted. 9-91446 (400-600)
