CELLULOID FASHION DOLL WITH SHOP. Beautiful celluloid fashion doll has painted facial features and blue glass eyes and is mounted on a jointed kid body. Doll is wearing what appears to be the original satin dress with matching feather and floral hat. Outfit is finished with watch and chain as well as a cameo brooch. Dolls comes complete with dress maker’s shop diorama featuring a dress form complete with fashion dress in yellow satin with a floral hat, work counter, bolts of material as well as sewing accessories such as scissors, pins and lace. SIZE: Fashion doll is approximately 14” t. Dress shop is on a platform that is 17-1/2” w x 13-1/2” d. Mounted dress form is 13-1/4” t. CONDITION: Fashion dolls painted lips show some fading and her satin dress is faded and fraying. Dress shop diorama has some deterioration to material but overall is good. 1-2607 (500-1000)
