SIGNED (American, First quarter 20th century) SEASCAPE AND LANDSCAPE. 1) Oil on canvas coastal seascape scene signed “W.A. Carson”. Scene shows waves onto a rock strewn beach with cliffs beyond. A dusk scene housed in a fancy gold period frame. 2) Oil on wood panel landscape with road and trees. Signed “Wynne”. On reverse the artist has titled “River Road Inwood N.Y. Sept 1920″. Housed in a painted wood frame. SIZE: 1) 9″ x 12″. 2) 14″ x 10”. CONDITION: 1) Very good with surface dirt. 2) Surface dirt and varnish discoloration, small chips, otherwise good. 7-70082 (300-500)
