LUCIEN GIBERT (French, 1904-1988) DANCER. Multi-color patinated bronze figure of a dancer with fan shaped head piece, long flowing gown with chainmail skirt. She stands on her right tiptoe with other knee bent and hands out. Colors of silver, tan and brown. Mounted on a stepped brown mottled onyx base. SIZE: Bronze is 12″ h; Base is 10-3/4″ w x 4-1/4″ h. Overall is 14″ h. CONDITION: Generally good with some rub to bronze. 5-66913 (1,000-1,500)
