FRED WAGNER (American, 1864-1940) “WASHINGTON FLOWER CARTS”. Small watercolor/gouache scene shows six people outside brownstone building where merchants have set up cut flowers for sale. Two umbrellas sit over carts and two ladies walk away with flowers. Signed lower left “F.W”. Affixed to back paper is a partial original label, which indicates title, artist and location. Housed in a simple painted wood original frame. SIGHT SIZE: 5-3/4” x 6-3/4”. CONDITION: Very good. 9-94440 (800-1,200)
