LEON JACOBUS MAENHOUT (Dutch, 19th-20th Century) MISCHIEF PUPPY. Oil on panel scene shows two puppies playing next to an animal trap. Signed lower left “L. Mounhout”, identified with modern label on reverse. Housed in gesso decorated gilt frame. We were unable to find this artist listed. SIZE: 4-1/2″ x 7″. PROVENANCE: From the “Harp House” of Camden, Maine. CONDITION: Very good. 9-26888 (300-500)
