Bru Jne Bebe with head incised “BRU-JNE 6″, on separate bisque shoulder plate marked, ‘BRU-JNE” on left shoulder and the number “6” on the right shoulder. On all leather body with gussets at hips and knees, kid over metal upper arms, perfect bisque forearms. Has brown almond shaped paperweight eyes, open/closed mouth with molded tongue tip, pierced ears, wearing blonde mohair wig over original cork pate. Dressed in her original burgundy silk and lace dress with velvet ribbon sash, pale blue stockings, and original shoes marked on sole, ‘BRU JNE, PARIS 6″. Also wearing a matching hat of woven wicker and burgundy and lace silk. Contained in original wooden packing crate. Impressed “AU BON MARCHE PARIS”. SIZE: 18 1/2″ t. CONDITION: Doll is in near mint condition, virtually unplayed with. Small black firing line extending from one eye lash on lower right side of eye. 1-5640 JL (27,000-30,000)
