Stand has gold dragon handle, which holds cast iron cup with swing ashtray. 10” drip pan attached to center column, which is supported by three flattened legs ending in claw feet. Bottom of removable ashtray insert signed “Scroll Art Company, Bridgeport, CT”. SIZE: 32-1/2” h. CONDITION: Repainted, very good. 9-94405 (100-200)
