HUBLEY ELGIN STREET SWEEPER. This is really a great toy made by Hubley in the 1920s -30s. An exact replica of the Elgin street sweeper that used to clean New York City. It has very intricate casting and many parts. SIZE: 9″ l. CONDITION: Has even wear throughout toy. Casting at bottom of seat is broken. Still retains its original hose and sweepers. Also has replaced white rubber tires. Really a fantastic toy, and extremely hard to find. 1-6019 MC (1,800-2,500)
