PAIR OF HAND PAINTED CHARGERS. The round chargers have a floral border with differing interior scenes. A cherub is lighting a fire under a spread winged eagle with a goddess upon its back. The other shows a man with grapes and putti. Added KPM over-marked to reverse. Probably French maker. PROVENANCE: From the Harper summer cottage (Harper’s Bazar) on Grindstone Neck in Winter Harbor, Maine. SIZE 12-1/2” dia. CONDITION: Very good. 9-70396 (400-800)
