A PENNSYLVANIA BLUE-DECORATED SALT GLAZE TWO GALLON CROCK, TOGETHER WITH “OLD SLEEPY EYE” BLUE-DECORATED BOWL. Last quarter 19th century. The first, decorated with floral sprays and incised with the numeral 2. The bowl, with a raised blue decoration of the bust of a Native American chief and opposing blue scroll decoration. SIZE: First: 13″ h. Second: 6-1/2″ dia. CONDITION: The first, with hairline cracks, otherwise good. The second, with wear to glaze on interior and edges. 9-91850 (300-500)
