TWO SMALL FIGURED MAHOGANY CHIPPENDALE MIRRORS. Third quarter 18th century. Both with an arched, shaped and scrolled eared crest above the rectangular mirrorplate within nicely molded surround above the scrolled pendant apron. SIZE: First: 18-3/4″ x 11″. Second: 19-1/2″ x 11-1/2″. CONDITION: One mirror with old scrubbed surface, scrolled ears absent, pendant apron missing bottom piece, retains original mirrorplate and backboard. The second, with repair to right ear facing, with small scrollwork missing, retains original blued mirrorplate and backboard, old original scrubbed finish. 9-91938 (300-500)
