OUTSTANDING PAIR OF CARVED PORTRAIT SHELL CAMEOS PINS. Large shell cameos have a facing right shoulder portrait of a man in fancy coat. The other has a facing left portrait of a woman. They are white against an orangey background and are housed in gold frames with small hallmarks which may be French. A stunning pair. SIZE: 2-1/2” x 2”. CONDITION: Under light the man show cracks but can not be seen. Woman has two visible cracks. Otherwise very good. 9-27550 (500-1,000)
