LOT OF 2 GERMAN BISQUE CHARACTER BABIES. 1) 16” (41 cm), with head incised “Germany 971 A.6.M”. Blue glass sleep eyes, open mouth with 2 upper teeth on 5-piece bent limb composition body. He has been redressed with a newer mohair wig. CONDITION: Head is good, body shows normal wear. Left arm detached. 2) 11-1/2” (30 cm), Hertel and Schwab incised “L.W. and Co.” with blue glass sleep eyes, open mouth with 2 upper teeth and separately molded bisque tongue. On 5-piece bent limb body (repainted). 1-4795 RS (200-300)
