CHARMING EGG-SHAPED MAJOLICA HUMIDOR. Lid with figural straw-bonneted playful child dangling her doll just above the figural kitty at the base. Nice polychrome coloration. Underside impressed with numbers “2269”, etc. SIZE: 8-3/4” h. CONDITION: Colors bright. A couple of teeny flea bites on straw bonnet and lid and separations at seams on either side of the egg; one is slight and only on the interior, the other is visible on both sides. A very charming and detailed piece. 1-5920 (550-750)
