FANCY LION CARVED ARMCHAIR ATTRIBUTED TO HORNER. The large open armchair has winged lion arm supports with claw feet resting on four casters. The back with wonderfully carved crest has knights head and armor flanked by winged griffins. Turned back posts, padded arms and upholstered seat and back. A dark finish. SIZE: 47-1/2” h x 16” seat h x 27” at widest. CONDITION: Upholstery is faded and stained. Otherwise very good. 9-28021 (3,250-3,750)
