*SMITH & WESSON MODEL 1917 DA ARMY REVOLVER. Cal. 45 ACP/AUTO RIM. Standard 1917 with 5-1/2” bbl, integral half-moon front sight, marked on the bottom “UNITED STATES PROPERTY”. It has a small flaming bomb on the left side of the frame with usual marking on the bottom of the butt with lanyard loop and 2-pc walnut grips. Accompanied by a brown leather “US” marked “1917” dated holster with rawhide thong. SN 30746. CONDITION: Extremely fine. Retains virtually all its bright original finish with only a faint hairline on side plate and very minor sharp edge wear. Fine grips and bright shiny bore. Holster is fine. 4-49117 JR277 (500-800)
