GERMAN MECHANICAL PLATFORM W/ CLOWN. A charming wheeled platform toy, probably from 1920’s, this bisque headed clown is holding a belled stick in one hand and as one rolls it along, he claps his hands while turning his head from left to right. A grain painted wood base decorated with a paper top, the clown is dressed in multi-colored Punch type outfit and is completely original. SIZE: 13-1/2” t x 7” l x 4” w. CONDITION: Overall is dusty with some fabric deterioration. 1-2773 (300-500)
