*WEBLEY FOSBERY SEMI-AUTO REVOLVER. Cal. 455. Believed to be a 1st model with large frame, 6” ribbed bbl, fixed sights with “Birmingham” marking and with the Webley & Scott flying bullet trademark on the left side of the frame along with the caliber. The left side of bbl and right side of the frame are stamped in tiny letters “J.J.Palmer’s Son”. It has 2-pc checkered hard rubber grips and a lanyard ring in the butt. It also has a thumb safety on the left side. SN 2992. CONDITION: Fine, retains about 75-80% original blue with the balance a blue-gray patina with scattered light pitting. The left grip has a chip and the right is turning chocolate. Bright shiny bore with scattered pitting. Crisp mechanics. 4-49258 JR377 (3,000-5,000)
