BRYANT CHAPIN (American, 1859-1927) STRAWBERRY STILL LIFE. Fine oil on canvas scene shows quart box filled with strawberries having one spilling over edge. Large number of strawberries are heaped beside. Appears to sit on tabletop with dark green background. Signed lower right “Bryant Chapin 1914”. Housed in a wonderful gilt fancy pierced gesso decorated frame. SIZE: 12” x 16”. CONDITION: Very good with minor touch up. 9-94306 (6,000-7,000)
