Watercolor cartoon shows a young woman with brown military cap who has fallen in a snow bank where her purchases from the Commissary are strewn over the snowbank. A man helps her pick them up. Signed lower right “Wilson”. Housed in a simple stained wood frame with white matte. This is the type of cartoon you would see in a magazine publication such as “The New Yorker”.
