Wonderful rectangular plaque shows half-portrait of a beautiful young lady wearing a pink and white dress holding a red rose and wearing a lace hat adorned with yellow and red roses. The hat is tied around her neck with a big black bow tie. Outstanding detail in wonderful colors. Signed bottom left “Wagner”. The back impressed mark with “C.
